Inserting Pictures from an Online Service
If you have an account for an online service ( New ! ) for images and video, such as Flickr
or YouTube, you can insert pictures into a workbook directly from the service. Before
you can use an online service, you need to add them (establishing a connection to your
Microsoft account) to Excel, which requires an established account with a user name and
password. In addition to the image and video online services, you can also establish con-
nections to access pictures stored on other online services, such as a SkyDrive ( New ! ) or
Office 365 SharePoint ( New ! ). To add an online picture from an online service to a work-
book, you click the Online Pictures button on the Insert tab, click the service icon, and
then locate, select, and insert the picture you want.
