Add a Clip to the Clip Organizer
Open a presentation in PowerPoint.
1.
In the Ribbon, click the Insert tab. In the Illustration
group, click Clip Art. The Clip Art task pane appears.

At the bottom of the Clip Art task pane, click the
Organize Clips link, shown in Figure 9-6.

In the Microsoft Clip Organizer dialog box, choose
File

Add Clips To Organizer
On My Own.
Locate and select the file you want to add.

Click Add To and select the collection you want to add
the clip to, as shown in Figure 9-7. Click OK or click
New to create a new collection.

Click Add. Close the Clip Organizer dialog box.

You can also save pictures, WordArt, and shapes you created in
PowerPoint. Select the object and choose Edit
Copy. Select your
desired collections folder and choose Edit
Paste.
