Adding an Online Picture
the information should include a link that you can click to ﬁ nd out about the Creative
Commons licensing for the selected item. The Flickr choice enables you to connect with
images you’ve stored in your ﬂ ickr.com account.
Here’s how to ﬁ nd and insert an image from Ofﬁ ce.com in a document:
1. Make sure you are signed in and your system is connected to the Internet, and
click to position the insertion point where you want to insert the picture.
2. Click the Insert tab, and then click Online Pictures in the Illustrations group.
The Insert Pictures window shown in Figure 9.38 appears.

3. Type a search term in the text box to the right of Ofﬁ ce.com Clip Art, and then
click the Search (magnifying glass) button at the right. Insert Pictures ﬁ nds
and displays matching pictures.
4. Scroll down to preview additional pictures, if needed; click the one you want
to insert, as shown in Figure 9.39; an d then click Insert. Word downloads the
image or illustration and displays it at the insertion point.
