Using digital signatures
Set up the signature information here.
3. Enter the desired information. You can enter only a Suggested signer, or you can add
other information as needed depending on what you want to include in the signature.
4. Click OK. Word inserts the signature line in the document.
As shown in Figure 11.8, the signature line is a special object in the document. To use it to
sign the document, double-click it. The Sign dialog box appears. If you previously scanned
